No Buy Tax

15.0% Sell Tax for the first 2 weeks, 10% for the following 2 weeks, then drops to 5% for 12 months. **PLEASE ADVISE: Tax policy is something that can be left to a community vote.

50% of tax will be sent to a burn wallet and the remaining 50% will be sent to the Truth Seekers Treasury for future investments.

After 12 months the Sell Tax can be lowered to 0% tax after Dao vote by holders. Holders could also decide to keep the sell tax or modify the tax based on public sentiment at that time.

Buy Backs

The Truth Seekers treasury will use a portion of the net profits, after expenses, to buy back and burn the Truth Token. This makes the Truth Token deflationary from day 1, and reinforces the long-term investment, as the treasury grows. The sell tax of 5% will also burn tokens from day 1. Truth Seekers can buy back using treasury funds at their discretion.

Community Driven Utility and Voting

An added utility for investors is to provide liquidity to the Truth Token and can gain profit sharing of fees in return.

Truth token holders will be able to vote on resolutions brought to the community. Tokens used to vote will be burned, adding to the deflationary aspect of the token. All resolutions will be thoroughly explained so that the community understands the impact of their vote.
